With 18 years of expertise under his belt, Jilee Rich has embraced a new role as the Director of Technology Solutions Delivery and Financial Management Business Transformation at the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this capacity, Jilee spearheads vital initiatives, focusing on supporting VA Financial Management Business Transformation endeavors. His responsibilities span technical integration and strategy implementation for financial and acquisition systems within a Franchise Fund organization, all geared toward customer support.
Previously serving as the Director of the Financial Service Center’s Product Management Office, Jilee orchestrated a paradigm shift in VA’s Financial Technology portfolio, managing over 100 products. His approach revolutionized the landscape by transitioning from project-based to product-line management. This transformation involved the adoption of DevDataSecOps and Scaled Agile methodologies, reflecting his commitment to innovation and efficiency.
