CIT/OITSM is on a transformation journey to modernize the enterprise platform to achieve the most efficiencies and facilitate the best outcome. OITSM has recently realigned the focus of the program to better meet strategic objectives. This transformation focuses on revamping the performance of the platform, eliminating technical debt, revising previously developed complex workflows and custom code to align with best practices, establishing NIH wide governance of the platform and associated activities. OITSM is committed to providing a top-notch integrated service management platform that will meet NIH wide demands.

The Scope of work includes all aspects of the studies, planning, project management, implementation, maintenance, improvements, training, and governance of the ServiceNow enterprise application – to include all current and future modules studied, planned, implemented, and / or improved at NIH. The scope of work does not include the purchase of license. The objective of each task requirement is to provide the OITSM with the necessary professional IT services to support development, operations, maintenance, and training as identified. The enterprise systems include full life cycle – application development, maintenance and support, database management, project/program management support, requirements analysis, consulting, systems administration support, user support, documentation support, communications/outreach and change management, various other system-related IT support functions, and production support.
