This is a Sources Sought announcement only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation. This announcement is issued solely for market research purposes.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing support and maintenance for Radimetrics Radiation Dose Management software for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center located in Houston, Texas in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (DRAFT).
All interested parties are invited to respond to this announcement. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 513210, with a small business size standard of $47,000,000. It is anticipated that any solicitation or resultant contract award for these services will include the clause at VAAR 852.212-71, Gray Market and Counterfeit Items. Therefore, when responding to this notice, please provide a copy of the letter or other documents from the OEM as required by paragraph (c) of clause.
The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided. If your organization can meet the requirements of the Statement of Work, you may indicate your interest in providing these services by providing the following information:

- Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages).
