Description:
This PWS establishes the requirements for Contractor-provided solutions in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Research and Development (ORD). The Contractor shall provide total implementation and configuration services for the COTS OneStream software, including the following functional areas: program management; architecture and planning; systems/software engineering; testing and evaluation; education and training; and VA Authority to Operate (ATO) support.
This PWS outlines ORD’s desired outcomes for the following tasks to be completed with the COTS OneStream software. The Government shall require the contractor to draft a business process script/requirements traceability matrix to the SOO tasks 3.1- 3.7 below to meet ORD’s requirements and expected outcome. The Government will review and finalize the business process script/requirements traceability matrix for each task before build/configuration starts. The Contractor shall provide design mockups and outline OneStream configuration best practices implementation methods during the business process script/requirements traceability matrix construction. The contractor shall draft a project plan, final project plan, quality control plan, bi-monthly status meeting agenda and minutes, and monthly status report. The Government expects the project plan to be a living document and updated upon each finalized business process script/requirements traceability matrix per tasks 3.1- 3.7.
