STATEMENT OF WORK DATE: August 16, 2023 PROJECT TITLE: NUANCE SERVICE FOR DRAGON MEDICAL ONE PROJECT LOCATION: Edward Hines VA Medical Center 5000 5th Avenue Hines, IL 60141 POP: Approx 12/18/2023 1/31/2024 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Service for workload analysis, creation of required shortcuts and installation and end user training on Dragon medical One.
GENERAL I. BACKGROUND Edward Hines VA medical center is a complete 1a facility, we have a user with very limited mobility to which the agency is required to provide dictation software to reduce the use of typing and use of the mouse. This requirement is needed to ensure user can meet all necessary requirements of their position within the organization. REQUIREMENTS: The contractor must provide workflow analysis or end user work functions, duties, programs in use and general workflow daily for end user. The contractor must create all necessary/required commands for Dragon medical one to meet the needs of the user. This will include but is not limited to functionalities and commands to open specific programs, to tab through different fields, print, close programs, anything that will reduce the amount of typing and use of the mouse, to allow user to function efficiently using the program to do daily work tasks. The contractor will install program, load commands, and provide end user training on the product.
SUMMARY OF WORK ACCESS TO WORK SITE: The contractor will contact the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for access hours. This service will require at minimum one day on site with end user for set up and training.
CONTRACTOR FURNISHED MATERIAL: The contractor shall be required to furnish all supplies and equipment necessary to complete workflow analysis, command setup and anything they might need to come on sight to provide end user set up and training. Information Security Considerations: Contractors, contractor personnel, subcontractors, and subcontractor personnel shall be subject to the same Federal laws, regulations, standards, and VA Directives and Handbooks as VA and VA personnel regarding information and information system security. V.
SPECIFIC TASKS: A. The general outline of work to be performed includes, but is not limited to the following items: 1. Equipment: none Service Information: The contractor shall provide workflow analysis or end user work functions, duties, programs in use and general workflow daily for end user. The contractor must create all necessary/required commands for Dragon medical one to meet the needs of the user. The contractor shall install program, load commands, and provide end user training on the product. The service shall include a manifest that states the following information: General Information: Facility Name, address, and phone number Type of service performed. Date of service Signature verifying the information and approving the disposal site to be used. Testing: N/A Service and/or Maintenance (if required): none. Schedule: Within 30 days of award of contract. VI.
EXECUTION All work shall be performed in a safe and efficient manner. Final Inspection: The contractor shall confirm with the COR and perform a final inspection prior to them leaving the grounds.
