National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) is one of 27 Institutes and Centers at the NIH and its mission is to catalyze the generation of innovative methods and technologies that will enhance the development, testing and implementation of diagnostics and therapeutics across a wide range of human diseases and conditions. Jamf is the leading provider of Apple device management solutions, offers a platform that can significantly enhance NCATS’ productivity, security, and user experience. Jamf provides enhancements that include streamlined deployment and onboarding, automated software updates, self-service options, and robust security. Jamf is widely used with most IC’s at NIH,and includes premium support and training to help with the migration from our current system. The Purchase Description (PD) with a description of the products to be acquired is included as an attachment to this Solicitation. NCATS has the need to order the Jamf Pro Mobile Device Management Service. With other IC’s using Jamf Pro as the standard throughout NIH, we are looking to adopt this service as our main Mac computer device management tool.
