Sandra Bettger, armed with over 20 years of domestic and international management experience, has taken on a new position as Capture Excellence Lead at Leidos. In this new role, Sandra will work hands on with the capture managers and their capture teams across Defense, Intel, Civil and Health to develop win strategies, win themes, executive summaries, solution strategies, and eventual winning proposals. Sandra brings experience managing federal programs, BD/proposals, and contracts. Federal agency program/project management experience (under contract) includes GSA, SSA, USAID, HUD, DHS/TSA, HHS, and the VA. She has also led major proposals (up to $300M in value) across a variety of Defense and Civilian agencies and the IC.
