Nicole Harelik, armed with 20 years of experience in leadership roles at the Department of Veterans Affairs, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Strategic Operations at the US Office of Personnel Management. Nicole brings experience and responsibility at America’s largest integrated health care system, providing care at 1,293 health care facilities, including 171 medical centers and 1,112 outpatient sites of care of varying complexity, serving 9 million enrolled Veterans each year. She is an accomplished leader with a proven track record for delivering innovative, transformative business strategies and client-focused solutions.
