William Dennis, an industry leader with extensive experience providing technical, engineering, and program decision support has taken on a new role as Executive Director, Operations – FEDSIM & Orals COE at ManTech. William applies his 40+ years of technical expertise, with over 22 of those years supporting business development, capture, solutioning and proposal operations, to provide keen insight and support to all aspects of the proposal life cycle. He specializes in providing solutions for multiple, concurrent, and complex GSA FEDSIM program challenges related to delivery, cost, quality, and operational readiness.
