HHS IHS Sources Sought: FY23 New Splunk Expansion for CSOC Dashboard

Description

Scope: The contractor shall provide a solution including the required hardware devices and maintenance support to setup a command center to manage the IHS Security Operations Center.

Background: The IHS, Office of Information Technology (OIT), Division of Information Security (DIS) is expanding the Splunk capabilities to be used in Cyber Security Operation Center (CSOC) threat reporting and dashboarding, incident management, and threat hunting functionality. In addition, implementing Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) to create a proper network segmentation providing complete visibility and creating a path for meeting network segmentation Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Zero Trust Network Architect (ZTNA) compliance maturity levels, and set up a command center with a video wall to be able to project all dashboards and incident monitoring from a central location using a video wall. In addition, it needs to have the capability to establish an incident response workflow software and the ability to project content from laptops to the video wall.

Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be 1 Base Year of 12 months and 3 12-month option years.

Requirement Description: Vendor shall provide brand name or equal products to meet Government needs. The hardware needs to be delivered to IHS HQ Rockville.
