- Ability to automatically attach a surgeon preference card to a surgical case that is scheduled in PeriOp Planner based on heuristics about the cases data.
- Has the ability to separate and identify supplies, equipment, and notes for Pre-Op, OR, PACU, and custom stages of each surgical procedure.
- Ability to print all appropriate preference cards for scheduled surgical cases on the same date in PeriOp planner with a single action, rather than print each card individually.
- Ability to create, edit, and manage surgical preference templates that can be automatically applied to existing preference cards and combined with other surgical cases.
- Must have a template wizard module that has the ability to identify and extract common items and notes from selected preference cards for an entire facility or specific surgeon and add these common items to a new template.
- Preference cards shall have the ability to show all of the following attributes: Surgeon First Name, Surgeon Last Name, Surgical Procedure Name, CPT code, ICD-10 codes, Important Notes, Additional Notes, ability to store images for each note, shall have item images, item name, item cost, item reference #, item notes, unit of use, open qty, and hold qty.
