Description
The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) has a task to streamline the acquisition of maintenance supply items through a single web-based delivery system. This Request for Information (RFI) serves to communicate with industry on current methods for achieving this task. Please see attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for details. We are soliciting feedback on the draft SOW so all questions and comments are encouraged. Responses received will assist the government with further developing this requirement. Additionally, interested contractors are encouraged to submit a Capabilities Statement along with information on other similar contracts to include points of contacts. Responses are requested by August 16, 2023. DISCLAIMER This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
