Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) has a need for an Automated Appointment Reminder System/Equipment Lease and Software to be utilized for medication refill request processing and automated reminder for SFIHC clinic appointments, and automated medication refill request system for Santa Clara Health Center (SCHC) with the Pharmacy Department.
General
The SFIHC Automated Appointment Reminder System/Equipment Lease and Software reduces the no-show rates at their clinic. This equipment also allows patients to request refills over the telephone which streamlines the medication refill process at the SCHC.
5.1.1 Purpose
The Automated Appointment Reminder System/Equipment Lease and Software to be utilized for medication refill request processing and automated reminder for SFIHC clinic appointments, and automated medication refill request system for SCHC.
5.1.2 Background Information
SFIHC utilizes an Automated Appointment Reminder System/Equipment Lease and Software to be utilized for medication refill request processing and automated reminder for SFIHC clinic appointments, and automated medication refill request system for SCHC. These systems shall be able to work with the service units RPMS system.
5.1.3 Technical Requirements
- Rack mounted base server with 4-line capacity and windows 7 operating system.
- Automated system to remind patients of their appointments which give patients the option to confirm, cancel or request reschedule of appointment.
- Automated medication refill system which allows patients to request refills of medications.
- Automated systems are compatible with hospitals RPMS computer system.
- Includes maintenance and software support.
5.1.4 Special Requirement
- Provide support services via telephone upon request 24/7.
