Description
VA requires Brand Name Medallia Enterprise Customer Experience Suite SaaS tools to enable organizations of all sizes to easily and securely store their content and collaborate internally and externally. The required Brand Name Medallia Enterprise Customer Experience Suite SaaS tool shall include software subscriptions, maintenance, and support. Medallia Enterprise Customer Experience Suite SaaS tool shall meet all the salient characteristics identified in Sections 1.1.1 and 1.1.2, and in accordance with the table below. In addition, the Contractor shall provide assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring support as required in section 1.1.3. The contractor shall provide access to the brand name Medallia Customer Experience SaaS tool subscriptions for a 12-month period after execution of an order.
