his is a notice to the public pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.107-2 Consolidation, VA has determined that a consolidated procurement for solicitation 36C10B23R0006 Supply Chain Modernization is necessary and justified. Although there is no existing contract for an enterprise supply chain modernization solution and SCM is a new endeavor entirely, VA acknowledges the potential impact of future consolidation analysis at the task order level, hence the purpose for this Determination and Findings for the overall single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. Solicitation Number: 36C10B23R0006 Requirement: Supply Chain Modernization Ordering Period: 5 Year Base Period and 5 Year Option Period At the time of posting the RFP for Solicitation Number 36C10B23R0006, a redacted version of the Determination and Finding will be provided.
