Strategies for Secure Data Sharing with the Health Group CTO of Leidos

One of the many lessons learned during the pandemic was that the public, health care providers, and our government agencies were looking to IT systems and software applications to communicate, exchange data, and provide information needed to support decision-making. The increased need for information highlighted existing challenges impacting data sharing and data security.

Today we speak with Srini Iyer the Health Group CTO of Leidos on how achieving greater speed and effective information delivery through an enriched data exchange framework will permit greatly enhanced data sharing across clinicians, labs, hospitals, pharmacies, patient, the public, and government agencies at all levels. When disparate systems can work in tandem to share patient data seamlessly across all networks, within and across organizational boundaries, the health ecosystem from providers to officials are able to advance the effective delivery of healthcare and make informed decision for individuals and communities.
