Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) strives to provide a high-quality experience, reasonably priced merchandise that provides comfort, and well-being to America’s Veterans and those who provide for their care in the Canteens many retail stores, cafes, and coffee shops. The Canteens are whole health spaces for Veterans to connect, relax, share, and care for themselves in a welcoming environment.
The Contractor shall provide a COTS responsive website and Mobile Application Meal Service Ordering Solution. Services and products shall include software subscriptions, tailoring of the software to meet VA meal services requirements, testing, training, deployment, security services, User Acceptance Test (UAT) support, pre-pilot and pilot availability, and software operation and maintenance. The mobile application shall display and carry Department of Veterans Affairs and VCS branding such that users shall identify the mobile application as a VA VCS product. The mobile application shall also be compatible with Android and Apple mobile device operating systems. The responsive website shall be compatible with Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
The PoP shall be a 12-month base and two 12-month option periods.
