- Providing functional leadership, oversight, supervision, and coordination necessary to plan, coordinate, and execute activities necessary to timely process and resolve complaints, and to determine compliance with and enforce, the privacy, security and breach notification provisions of the HIPAA Administrative Simplification regulations (45 CFR Part 160 and Subparts A, C, D, and E of Part 164) and the Patient Safety Rule (42 CFR Part 3).
