HHS NCI Sources Sought: Hosting, Maintenance, and Professional Services for Rave and Medidata Rave Integrated Ancillary Software

Description

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is the federal government’s principal agency for cancer research and training. Established under the National Cancer Institute Act of 1937, NCI is part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), one of 11 agencies that make up the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of the proposed contract is to provide:

  1. Hosting, maintenance, and professional services for Medidata Rave for approximately 500 studies for several production and test URLs.
  2. License, hosting, maintenance, and professional services for ancillary Medidata Rave-integrated software products that have been integrated with NCI IT infrastructure and business processes, identified below for use in NCI sponsored trials.
    1. Targeted Source Data Verification (TSDV)
    2. Electronic Patient Reported outcomes (ePROs)
  3. The Government may have a need for additional services including:
    1. New Medidata ancillary software products – License, hosting, maintenance; and professional/training services to support implementation.
    2. New URLs – Hosting, maintenance, and professional services for new Rave URLs and Medidata ancillary products.
  • Additional Studies to leverage ancillary Software products.
