As the Associate Deputy Director, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of OCS goals, outcomes, direction, executive management, activities, and program coordination.
- Providing leadership and oversight for three broad areas of work: office operations, including finance, human resources, operational policies and procedures, and performance management; communication and strategic initiatives; and internal and external integration and strategic partnership efforts.
- Building, managing, and maintaining collaborative working relationships with state, tribal, and territory government entities, other agencies, relevant professional organizations, and philanthropy.
- Providing proposals and justifications regarding the need for strong operational support towards OCS programs, including personnel and budget planning, execution, and forecasting, to ensure that resources are requested, allocated, and prioritized in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
