Protest Dismissed: CDC Data Collection Services for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2023−2033 Requirement

The second protest filed by Westat on September 26, 2022 related to this Centers for Disease Control and Prevention requirement with work to include transition of existing software, hardware, database designs; development of new software, data management and data delivery systems; and IT support for all field staff performing data collection activities has been dismissed on November 14, 2022.

No details have been provided as to the grounds for the challenge at this time, nor the reason for the dismissal.
