About Edward O’Connor, Subject Matter Expert, ManTech Health
Edward has over 20 years’ experience as a software developer, enterprise architect, and technology executive – and currently serves as a subject matter expert in ManTech International’s health division. He is focused on artificial intelligence technologies, systems engineering, and approaches that bring together clinical, design, engineering, and operational resources to solve multi-disciplinary problems.
Mr. O’Connor served as the Chief Information Officer and lead architect for the ambitious and successful integrated delivery system effort in Austin Texas to bring together primary care clinics, multiple hospitals systems, a startup non-profit health-plan, dozens of community service providers, and the Dell Medical School. Edward currently provides his expertise as an architect and advisor for projects with Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and the VA – while he juggles dissertation research at Colorado State University.
