FDA seeks Information Technology Specialist

Responsibilities: 

  • Independently serves as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Program Official on multiple million- dollar strategic contracts and interagency agreements to ensure results support attainment of mission objectives. 
  • Performs and supports as a program/project manager for multiple new and/or ongoing IT projects/special initiatives that requires the application of project management expertise and practices. 
  • Leads and oversees design, planning, implementation, and tracking of strategic IT acquisition systems to improve and enhance ODT IT acquisitions. 
  • Communicates with colleagues, agency management, contractors, and other contacts outside the agency to gather and analyze information about agency processes and programs.
