VA inks $23M Outbound Contact Center Services task

The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded a 5-year, $23M task to provide Outbound Contact Center services. SDVOB Four Points Technology beat out one other bidder to win this task, which was competed as a service-disabled Veteran-owned small business set-aside action on the NASA SEWP V contract vehicle.
