Mike Rutkowski, armed with perspective gained supporting Veterans Affairs, including as a lead supporting the Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) and prior experience as a US Army acquisition lead, takes on a new challenge as Director of Strategic Initiatives with B3 Group.
