“The IHS requires operation and maintenance (O&M) support which includes technical, functional and business operations support. This will require expertise in Health and Human Services (HHS), Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)/Oracle Federal Financials Release 12.2.6, Oracle Hyperion 11.1.2.4, PRISM, Financial Business Intelligence System (FBIS), Qliksense and Qlikview, Consolidated Financial Reporting System (CFRS), Government-wide Treasury Account Symbol Adjusted Trial Balance System (GTAS), Central Accounting and Reporting System (CARS) as well as audit and A-123 compliance. Ability to support all IHS financial systems modules, federal financial reporting, end-user support for reporting and data analytics, training users of the agency’s systems, budgeting and budget execution environment. Requires knowledge and expertise understanding IHS specific organizational structure and the corresponding operating system, network and infrastructure.”
