This position is located in the Department of Health And Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Administration, Office of lnformation Services (OIS) located in Rockville, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the supervisor over the Division of Program Support Services (DPSS) leading the Grant Solutions Center of Excellence (COE) Business Management Division and reports to the COE Director, a member of the Senior Executive Service.
- Provides leadership and business operational support to the Center of Excellence (COE) Director as well as other US Government senior management officials on cross-cutting grant program activities and initiatives pertaining to grant management, grant information systems, contracts and budget formulation/execution matters.
- Manages day-to-day operations necessitating senior level management attention and executive leadership by guiding Business Management and other subordinate staff in budget forecasting, grant development, and computer software implementation of agency initiatives.
- Serves as the chief spokesperson and representative for business operation activities and issues within the scope of responsibility of the COE.
