Most recently, Dr. Scroggs led Beacon Health Options’ federal government relations and business development. Earlier as EVP and VP of Government Affairs and Development of ValueOptions, Inc., he was instrumental in competing, winning, and retaining large federal prime DoD (the Military OneSource program) and DHS (the Coast Guard Support program) behavioral health and wellness contracts. He was a Co-Founder and EVP of Calvert Health Partners, Inc., in Baltimore, and VP of Government Affairs and Marketing for Sierra Military Health Services, Inc.”

“A North Carolina native, Dr. Scroggs earned a Master of Arts and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Duke University. He graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine. He serves on the Board of Governors for the National Military Family Association.”
