B3 Group awarded $60M VA Enterprise Telecommunications Expense Management integrated platform/Solution (eTEMS) task

Building on a series of wins they picked up at VA of late, to include a huge $686M Veterans Affairs Digital Transformation Center (DTC) Support task win, B3 Group also recently beat out 13 bidders to be awarded this contract to provide Veterans Affairs with a hosted and managed Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Telecommunications Expense Management integrated platform/Solution (eTEMS) and provide professional services. “… B3 Group Inc., a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and health IT firm for the federal government, announced it was awarded a fifteen-year, $59.9M contract to provide VA a hosted and managed Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Telecommunications Expense Management integrated platform/Solution (eTEMS) and provide professional services.”

“The eTEMS contract represents the third award B3 Group has received in the last two weeks.”

“For the fourteen-year engagement, Team B3 will assist the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT) and Information Technology Operations and Services (ITOPS) by providing Project Management, Implementation Management, Testing, Support, and Training of the eTEMS to include a help desk. Duties include managing interfaces between the hosted eTEMS and VA financial management and Contracting systems; establishing a beta version of the eTEMS solution for the purpose of providing end-user feedback and refining testing and business cases; and all ongoing maintenance, programming and engineering support of the solution…”
