“SCOOP: SEEMA VERMA’S CHIEF OF STAFF DEPARTS AFTER TWO MONTHS: The chief of staff to CMS Administrator Seema Verma is leaving the agency after just a couple months on the job, multiple sources told POLITICO’s Adam Cancryn and Rachana Pradhan on Friday. Brian Colas joined CMS earlier this summer as one of Verma’s top staffers. He had previously served as legislative counsel for Sen. Tom Cotton, and before that worked at McKinsey.”
