The Executive Director, Security Operations, Information Security, is responsible to the Deputy Chief Information Officer, Information Security. The responsibilities include, but not limited to:
a) Supervises the Directors of the Security Service, Security Operations Center and Business Continuity Organizations.
b) Assesses policy, programs and feasibility of projects for assigned departments.
c) Responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s budget and acquisition plans.
d) Representing VA leadership to external entities.
