Rick Peters Perez has assumed the role of Vice President of Growth, US Federal Civilian Sector at ManTech. Rick is a creative problem solver and strategic thinker, specializing in P&L management, business development, sales strategy, client relationship management, and the development of global partner alliances that drive revenue and growth for clients. With a background in building and retaining high-caliber leadership teams, Rick most recently served as a Director at Microsoft, where he established the US Federal Strategic Missions and Technologies division, facilitating client deployment of Data and AI workloads on classified clouds.
Earlier in his career, Rick served as the USAID IT Manager, holding a central position within the Information Technology (IT) section. In this capacity, Rick was responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance on computer systems, software application systems, hardware repair and maintenance, network connectivity, systems development, and support for telecommunications and networking operations for all users. The work required a broad and comprehensive knowledge of the Local Area Network (LAN) system, Wide Area Network (WAN), and PC-based hardware and software. During this employment, the USAID Mission in Egypt was the largest USAID Mission globally, which exemplifies Rick’s consulting approach that supports the customer and obtains effective results.
