Armed with perspective gained serving in progressively responsible roles across the public sector for more than 15 years, James Harrington takes on a new challenge as Acting Director, Category Management Division. James recently spent 12 years at the GSA where he played a central role in driving efforts to leverage client relationships to improve the execution of major agency programs for Federal Civilian and Defense Agencies in the National Capital Region. In his new role as Acting Director of the Category Management Division, James will collaborate with the Operating Divisions (OPDIVS) and Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVS) in driving smarter acquisition.
