OSC taps Chief Information Officer

James Walters, equipped with more than 12 years of leadership experience within the Department of Health and Human Services, now assumes the role of Chief Information Officer at the US Office of Special Counsel (OSC). With previous service as the Chief Technology Officer at the OSC and nine years at the United Health Group, James has honed expertise in pivotal areas, including HIPAA compliance, Security protocols, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Prior roles include:

  • Chief Technology Officer – OSC
  • Director, Platform Services and Enterprise Programs – OSC
  • Chief Technology Officer SAMHSA – HHS
