The scope of this BPA contract includes providing the technical and professional support services necessary to achieve the objectives presented in the Purpose and Objectives section.The individual call orders will be issued under this contract to procure contractor services support for the following functional task areas: ◦ Adaptive Strategic Planning and Governance ◦ Human Centered Design ◦ Academic Partnerships and University Level Experts and Programs ◦ Training Development Service
