Richard Garrison, a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in strategy development and execution, has assumed a new position as the Director of the Connected Health Implementation Team at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Richard’s skill set encompasses operations, information technology, portfolio and program management, leadership development, and organizational development.
