Description:
The Contractor shall provide technical expertise to assist VA with attaining VA OIT approvals for VA user access and Authorization to Operate (ATO) the RS Means Online Complete Plus Full Library software as the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) approved cloud-based platform to be access by approved VA users. The Contractor shall provide cost data updates at least quarterly and shall provide all required software updates. The RS Means Online Complete Plus Full Library software shall meet the requirements indicated in this Product Description (PD). The Contractor shall provide software updates to operate on future versions of Internet Explorer when VA changes the Operating System and Web Browser during the contract period or be backward compatible.
