Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-05 September 22, 2023.
Demographic research analysis services will be provided to include custom statistical programming with confidential data. Services include programming calculations of demographic data tables from Government provided data using Government provided methods and reporting the results in DPS staff and machine-readable forms. Please see Attachment 3 – Statement of Work for a detailed description of the work. It is anticipated that the entire period of performance for this requirement will include a twelve-month base period from 12/01/2023 to 11/30/2024, followed by 4 twelve-month options periods.
