Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) and the Office of Information & Technology (OIT), strive to provide high quality, effective, and efficient Information Technology (IT) services to those responsible for providing care to the Veterans at the point-of-care as well as throughout all the points of their health care in an effective, timely and compassionate manner. VA depends on Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) systems to meet mission goals.
The Contractor shall provide commercial, turnkey healthcare Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technologies known as VA Audio Response moving forward to users across the VHA enterprise delivered in a Software as a Service (SaaS) application model, FedRAMP authorized at a high impact level and hosted in the Contractor’s cloud environment . .
The Contractor shall provide implementation and integration support, software licenses, software license manager technology (i.e., FlexLM,FlexNet) , software maintenance which includes periodic updates, enhancements, and corrections, technical support, Tier 3 independent help desk support, utilization reporting, virtual staff user training and outgoing transition support for the VA Audio Response solution.
