Summary
ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to support their Health Division under the Civilian and Health Operating Group. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Business Development for Civilian and Health (C&H) Operating group, this individual will work with other internal leaders and functional teams to develop and lead capture efforts across the DoD Health (DHA) and HHS market space. This individual will employ best practices to lead Capture related activities from Qualify through Proposal Submit stage.
Duties
- Develop and maintain capture plans, action tracking, including opportunity qualification, agency research, competitive intelligence/assessment, and partner assessment.
- Present, inform and persuade high-level internal and external customers/partners of the company’s understanding of customer needs and requirements, business development and capture plans, strategies, and actions.
- Work collaboratively with multiple functional teams of the larger ASRC Federal enterprise, to include other Operating Groups, shared services, the Chief Technology Office and the ASRC Federal Senior Leadership Team to ensure to ensure bids are adequately resourced and supported.
