Summary
This position is located in the Integrated Informatics and Analytics (IIA), Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The employee serves in a senior-management position as Director of Oversight Data.
Duties
Duties include, but may not be limited to:
- Operates as a management resource to VHA Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) Leadership in the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of VHA IVC programs, goals, and objectives.
- Provides leadership and vision and acts as the change agent to promote improvements in data integrity and the strategic use of data analysis and modeling techniques to measure and improve medical economics, health outcomes and community care operations and processes.
- Establishes action plans for special projects, makes and monitors assignments of responsibility, develops milestones and evaluates progress, and initiates corrective action when indicated to ensure completion of the task.
- Leads the team to provide timely and actionable information to support community care program direction and decision-making processes.
