Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, task and project management support and non-personal services necessary to perform local IT site support and touch labor, and to transition all sites listed in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) to a fully integrated site/enterprise IT GSP support model as defined in this performance work statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and/or services. The contractor shall perform to the standards listed in the PRS (Part 7, Attachment 1) of this performance work statement until FULL GSP transition is completed.
Objectives: The DHA has heavily invested in the adoption of Enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) and the accompanying practices built around a process model-based view of controlling and managing Service operations, known as Information Technology The objective of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to use the ITSM ITIL framework to provide consistent, available, and reliable IT services to DHA HQ locations that currently use the Network Support Services (NSS) supported local area network (LAN). The consolidation of all Network/IT support provided to the entire DHA, for all DHA facilities worldwide will require the integration of the IT support provided under this statement of work in to the new DHA Enterprise Support GSP footprint where ever possible.
Scope: This award provides for non-classified IT and up to open secret classified support, services and tasks that encompass the IT support services supporting the DHA Health Information Technology (DAD IO/ J6) Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) DHHQ local IT support requirement and the tasks and activities associated with the implementation of and migration to a fully integrated site and enterprise IT GSP support model. This PWS requires that all key personnel have and maintain a secret clearance. The extent of the IT support services to be provided includes operating and maintaining and the transition to a fully integrated site and enterprise IT support model all current DHHQ sites, network domains currently referred to as the DHA Network (DHAN) as well as all respective IT network, systems support services, associated infrastructures, and enclaves to include:
- DHHQ SITES Local IT Site Support Program/Project Management o Including all remaining Transition Activities to the new Fully Integrated Site and Enterprise IT GSP Support Models.
