Description
The contractor shall provide technical and functional support to Veteran Crisis Line (VCL) call center in the development, planning and implementation of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered roleplaying simulation training curriculum, VCL training events, training manuals, written guides, roleplay scripts, roleplay personas to facilitate VCL integration into VHA suicide prevention operations.
Technical Support:
The contractor shall create personas and end to end simulation along with targeted skill sets. The following skill set simulations would be requested:
- Basic trust-building skills (Open-ended questions, Affirmations, Reflections, Summaries, Engagement)
- Risk Assessment Skills (incorporating Open-Ended Questions, Affirmations, Reflections, Summaries and Engagement)
- Lethal Means Safety Counseling
- Collaborative Risk Mitigation
- Offering Suicide Prevention Coordinator Request
- Facility Transport Plan discussion
- Emergent Dispatch
End to end simulations would also be needed. A simulation working through the process of an entire call would be needed with multiple end points.
