Requirements…

  • Report directly to the Business Unit SVP and will be responsible for directing and growing account commitments for all customer, employee, program, financial and new business short- and long-range strategies.
  • Proactively build and leverage relationships with other executives, portfolio staff and service center support and be expected to collaborate across the company and exhibit teamwork to contribute to portfolio, account, and enterprise success.
  • Engage in strategic thinking by understanding “big picture” analysis both from the technological and business case perspectives for both new and existing market initiatives.
  • Establish and manage customer and business partner industry relationships while creating new capabilities and increasing market share in new markets or white space opportunities.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong IT background with a deep understanding of application management and legacy system transformation.
  • Experience leading portfolio(s) of IT programs for customers within the Department of Health and Human Services, preferably the National Institutes of Health.
  • Business Development and IT Capture experience.
