Aija Rhodes, a strategic management leader and advisor, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Strategy Coordination (OIT) at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Aija brings a focus on capability building, strategic initiatives, partnerships, and innovative solutions development. She is also a Commercial & Public Sector expert with a deep understanding of Program Management & Integration, Process Redesign & Automation, and PPM experience leading teams through complex organization transformation.
