Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics (OPAL), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) is soliciting information related to Industry capability to meet the requirements detailed in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for managed services support that shall provide full system support, server and storage hardware maintenance and repair, software licensing, maintenance, and upgrades of the current environment to meet SLA specifications, and security patching for the existing and deployed brand name Philips Vue PACS system currently in use by the VISN 16 South Central VA Healthcare Network; thereby ensuring Radiology Imaging services are available for patient care with minimal service interruption and prompt corrective action to restore those services in the event of unavoidable interruptions.
Support shall also include furnishing and maintaining all necessary server & storage hardware, software licensing and upgrades, and professional and installation services required to maintain the complete VISN 16 PACS at greater then 99.99% uptime.
Interested parties are invited to review the attached PWS and to submit comments or feedback/suggestions for the draft PWS.
The goal of this RFI is to provide a procurement framework that may be used for a potential and subsequent acquisition. Nothing in this document should be considered binding or in any way obligate VA to perform. VA welcomes comments on any part of this document.
