David is also a recognized expert in the field, with over 20 publications in journals and industry publications, as well as several patents to his name. He has contributed to the success of numerous pre-sales and proposal work for contracts at CMS, USPS, and DOJ, delivering over $1B in revenue, and has provided substantial delivery experience supporting programs for CMS, USPS, CIA, and DoD.
