Noblis seeking Director, Health Solutions

Noblis has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Solutions Division Director to join our team. This individual will provide people leadership and inspiration to an existing high-performing team serving the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) mission. He/she will serve as a strategic thought leader and client relationship developer with our existing customers, as well as with prospective ones in other HHS Operating Divisions (OpDivs). In addition, he/she will establish the vision and direction for our growth strategy and activities in collaboration with our Business Development team. As the company achieves success in HHS growth, this individual will lead the growing team supporting missions across OpDivs. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to join a science and technology focused company and bring existing capabilities into new customer sets, as well as to grow new capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Provides P&L leadership for the Division with a focus on sustained business growth for high impact programs with financial viability.
  • Responsible for leading the Account’s organic business growth and supporting strategic business development opportunities as part of the Account strategy in cooperation with business development team.
  • Engages with executives in strategic discussions with existing and prospective customers.
  • Participates in and maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal civilian health priorities, initiatives and challenges.
  • Understands multiple technical and scientific disciplines at a level to productively engage and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary group of employees and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep domain experience with the following HHS Operating Divisions: NIH, CDC, FDA, CMS.
  • Established relationships with current and influential HHS stakeholders.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience with progressively larger and more complex tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to harness the knowledge of PhD level scientific contributors to develop solutions to complex current and future customer challenges.
