Summary
The VHACO Resource Board (RB) Office Director reports directly to the Director, 10B Administrative Operations. The Director VHACO Resource Board Office has responsibility for managing the VHACO Resource Board with ensuring that recommendations are provided to the Under Secretary for Health on the most appropriate allocation and funding of human capital resources.
Duties
The Incumbent performs the following major duties and responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing VHACO’s Resource Board including effective mechanisms and procedures to support senior leader deliberations, decisions, and planning
- Ensuring centralized governance of human capital resources and provision of High Reliability principles for VHACO.
- Developing automated instruments to effectively record and track and reviewing human capital resource submissions in LEAF.
- Providing staff support and liaison to the leadership within the USH, COS, AUSHs, Workforce Management & Consulting, Finance, and Strategy Offices.
- Coordinating development and administration of program operations for RB with Human Resources and Finance.
