- Actively collaborates with the Offices of Regulatory Affairs and OGC to promote timeliness and successful response to routine and emergent inquiries, and ensure recommendations from internal and external auditors are sufficiently addressed in CSP policy.
- Provides the Executive and Deputy Director, CSP and other VACO officials, as well as VISN and VHA facility top management, with information and recommendations on key policy and regulatory issues pertaining to caregiver program needs and support.
- Develop a reliable information sharing and tracking tools to accurately reflect adherence to CSP policy, legislative and regulatory status.
